Inklusives Theater aus Palästina spielt im Ballhof 2 von Hannover

Zum Abschluß der Rundreise durch Deutschland spielt das inklusive Theater INAD aus Palästina, am Dienstag, den 20.Nov.,18.00 Uhr im Ballhof 2 des Hannoverschen Schauspiels „The Little Match Girl“ nach Andersens Märchen „Das Mädchen mit den Schwefelhölzern“. Die behinderten und auch nicht behinderten Spieler und Spielerinnen kommen aus Bethlehem und Beit Jala und sind Moslems und Christen. Das Theater spielt in Städten im Westjordanland und in Flüchtlingscamps.

The 2015 Olof Palme Prize is awarded to the Palestinian Pastor Dr. Mitri Raheb, and the Israeli journalist Gideon Levy , for their courageous and indefatigable fight against occupation and violence, and for a future Middle East characterized by peaceful coexistence and equality for all. By their work they both give a ray of hope to a conflict that has plagued and continues to plague millions of people and to endanger world peace.

Delegation from the Palestinian Ministry of Education to the World Children's Theatre Festival in Lingen

Palestinian-German Dialogue on Theatre and Theatre Education

During the World Children's Theatre Festival in Lingen from 23 to 29 June a delegation of the Palestinian Ministry of Education will speak about theatre in schools at the Theatre Pedagogical Institute of Osnabrück University in Lingen.

The ministry wants to establish an academy for the education and further training of teachers in cultural subjects, theatre, music and the fine arts in Ramallah.

Um drei Uhr morgens trifft die deutsche Delegation des Palästinensisch-Deutschen Netzwerkes Masrah.Theater.Net am Sonntag, den 10. Mai müde, aber erwartungsvoll am Flughafen in Tel Aviv ein. Dort wartet bereits der Fahrer, der die Fünf- Mann- und Frau- Starke Gruppe sicher durch die Check-Points nach Ramallah, Palästina bringt.

In 2018 the World Festival of Children’s Theatre will be held in its hometown Lingen (Ems), Germany!

From June 22nd to 29th 2018 the Center of Theatre Education Lingen (Theaterpädagogisches Zentrum der Emsländischen Landschaft e.V.) will host the 15th World Festival of Children’s Theatre on behalf of the AITA/IATA and with support of the City of Lingen.

Like other festivals before, the 15th World Festival of Children’s Theatre will have its own motto: “Children Move the World

The application phase for children’s theatre groups will be open until November 1st 2017!

Palestinian-German Dialogue between theatre and theatre pedagogues continues

Between May, 9th and 16th 2015 the Palestinian-German Network Mashrah Theatre. Net met in Ramallah and Bethlehem to exchange views and experiences on theatre and theatre pedagogic in Germany and Palestine and promote mutual projects like co-productions, symposia, exchanges of students, pupils and teachers as well as guest performances.

Theater-Studium mit Bachelor-Abschluss in Palästina geplant – Palästinensische deutsche Zusammenarbeit

Das Ministerium für Erziehung in Palästina hat jetzt einen  Bachelor-Studiengang für Theater  am Dar Al Kalima University College of Arts and Culture  in Bethlehem  genehmigt. Damit ist diese Hochschule die erste Bildungsinstitution, die in Palästina „Theater“ als akademischen Studiengang anbieten wird.

Yes Theatre visits 13th aita/iata World Festival of Children’s Theatre

Aita/iata’s Standing Committee for Children and Youth has long sponsored the World Festival in Lingen-Ems that occurs every four years.  It is one of the largest youth festivals on earth, attracting dozens of groups from nations around the globe. From July 25 to August 1 this summer, hundreds of children from eighteen nations will gather in Lingen once again to celebrate the 13th aita/iata World Festival of Children’s Theatre.

Theater aus Palästina

Im Rahmen des Palästinensischen Dialogs über Theater und Theaterpädagogik hatte der Arbeitskreis Kirche und Theater in der Evangelischen Kirche in Deutschland das Ashtar Theatre vom 10. bis 17. April 2016 zu Aufführungen, Diskussionen und Workshops nach Hannover eingeladen.
